October 6 - 10 Short a
This week we started learning to build words with textured foam letters. We've built words, spelled words and read words with short a. Your child brought home at least two of the following books: Adding Ant, Mac, Mac and Sam, Dad Most of the time, we practiced them before taking them home. Sometimes, we just reviewed the words before taking home the books. The book that was given out on Thursday can be kept and read 3 times before returning it on Tuesday or Wednesday of next week.
